Tags can then be updated in MusicBrainz. MusicBrainz Tagger is part of the MusicBrainz project. Wiki: MusicBrainz Tagger MusicBrainz Usage MusicBrainz is written in PHP and uses MySQL for storage. MusicBrainz is very old and needs updating. The team at MusicBrainz is working hard to update the data to reflect new music releases. MusicBrainz contains many fields that you can use to identify songs, music, labels, and performers. MusicBrainz contains over 90 million entries, organized into over 3000 music categories. What's New In MusicBrainz Tagger?
Partial Derivatives is a simple application that finds approximate numerical values for the 1st and 2nd order partial derivatives of a function at a given point. They are approximated using central difference formulas. You may predefine constants. Handles a wide variety of functions, including trigonometric and hyperbolic functions. Results can be saved or printed. Includes a help file with instructions, example and methodology. Usage: Use the "Add new function" button to add a new function. Use the "Append to last function" button to add results to the last function. Select any function (by clicking on it) in the list. Enter the point at which you want to approximate the partial derivatives. A central difference table will be displayed. Enter the constants you wish to use in the form of real numbers, or symbols 'd' for derivative, 'c' for central difference. Select 'd' or 'c' for each variable (e.g., 'xyz') in the list. You may enter additional constants, such as 'n' for the number of terms used in the table (there are no limits to the number of terms). Click "Calculate" and the table will be displayed. Results will be displayed in a table. You may save the results to file, print them, or copy them to the clipboard for use in other applications. Notes: The process of estimating partial derivatives may result in inaccurate values. There are no checks for accuracy, however, so it is important to use large numbers of terms. Change History: 2010/03/16 Fixed bug that prevented "Calculate" button from working after "Append to last function" button had been used. 2008/11/24 Initial Release Copyright: © 2008 Andrew Braasch Source Code: Licence:
